Lebanese Snam s.a.l and Saudi Rayat Al-Emaar Real Estate Development have established a new strategic partnership forming Saudi Snam Al-Emaar Real Estate Development Company Ltd. It is a joint Saudi-Lebanese company whose board of directors is chaired by His Royal Highness Bandar bin Muqrin bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, with Mr. Raymond Said Kmeid and Mr. Moataz bin Saleh Al Jabri on the board of directors. The company aims to be a leader in the real estate development in the Kingdom, through a long-term plan in the Saudi market, and participate in projects which fall under the Kingdom's 2030 vision.
